WebPlannerCo. (operated by SIG Machine Learning Pty Ltd) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing changes on this website at webplannerco.com. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use this site in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are expressly reserved.

You must not use this site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity. Specifically, you must not:

- Breach any applicable law or regulation;

- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any person;

- Defame, harass, threaten, or abuse any person;

- Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code;

- Use the site in a manner that could impair, overburden, or damage our systems;

- Facilitate or assist any third party to do any of the above.

You are prohibited from using this site, including any content, in any way that competes with our business. Use of content for any commercial purpose requires our prior written consent.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, suitability, or security of this site or its content.

This site and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

Our planners, calculators and other interactive tools (including any web-app or downloadable versions) are provided for general information and personal use only. They are not financial, mortgage, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and are not a recommendation or an offer of credit or any financial product.

Results are estimates generated from the figures you enter and from simplified, general assumptions. They do not take account of your personal objectives, financial situation or needs, and may differ materially from the actual rates, fees, taxes, eligibility and terms offered by any lender or provider. We do not guarantee that any calculation or output is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make or action you take. Before acting, you should obtain independent advice from a professional appropriately licensed or qualified in your country. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPlannerCo. (operated by SIG Machine Learning Pty Ltd) accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, any tool or calculator.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPlannerCo. (operated by SIG Machine Learning Pty Ltd) is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with your use of this site.

Our downloadable products are delivered instantly as digital files that are yours to keep. Optional online (cloud) access is provided as a yearly subscription. Refunds and cancellations are covered in the next section.

Products are provided under a single-user licence. You may use them yourself, including for your own work or business, but you may not resell, redistribute, copy, share access to, or sublicense any WebPlannerCo. product without our prior written consent. Each download is issued to you individually and may be watermarked with your account details to identify the licensed owner.

We may update products from time to time. Updates to products purchased directly from our website will be made available to you. Purchases made via third-party platforms such as Etsy are subject to the update policies of those platforms.

Downloads (one-off purchases): because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you run into a problem within 14 days of your purchase that we are unable to resolve, we will provide a refund. Beyond that window, refunds are provided where required (see your Australian Consumer Law rights below).

Online access (yearly subscription): you can cancel at any time from your account or via the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you request it within 14 days of a charge and have made little or no use of the online features, we will refund that charge. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time after that window.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights: nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we have said it will, you are entitled to a repair or refund regardless of the timeframes above.

To request a refund or help with a cancellation, email hello@webplannerco.com and we will get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith within 21 days of written notice before commencing legal proceedings.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
