Our planning tools process all data locally in your browser. No planning data you enter into a WebPlannerCo. tool is transmitted to our servers.

Offline and downloadable tools: your planning data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) or in files you save to your own device. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Online (cloud) tools: if you use the optional online subscription, the planning data you choose to save is stored in the cloud so you can access it across your devices. It is held on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure (primarily in Australia), encrypted in transit and at rest, and kept in a private storage area keyed to your individual account. Access is restricted to your authenticated account - each request is authorised against your verified sign-in, and one customer cannot access another customer's saved data.

Data breaches: in the unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will take reasonable steps to contain and assess it and, where required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or other applicable law, notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (or other relevant regulator) as soon as practicable.

You stay in control of this data: you can edit or delete your saved charts at any time, and you may request deletion of your account data (see 'Your rights' and the contact details below). We recommend keeping your own copies of anything important - you can export a local file or image from within the tools at any time.
